Real Outdoor Stairlifts
True outdoor stairlifts are hard to find. You should insist on a stairlift specifically designed to cope with the harsh eviroment the outdoors presents to a stairlift. It must cope with corrosion, humidity, extreme UV and heat as well as the cold of snow and ice.
Many manufacturers make an indoor lift into an outdoor model by including a plastic bag cover.
